Founder of Koinonia Global, Apostle Joshua Selman has urged believers to fully trust in God’s power, warning against letting life’s struggles weaken their faith.
He highlighted how the Bible showcases “a display of God’s power in a very fearful way,” encouraging Christians to seek divine intervention in their difficulties.“Don’t be too used to pain…God is greater,” he emphasized, cautioning that repeated hardship can create a mindset that accepts suffering as normal.
“Pain can force you to a point where you build a theology just to stay comfortable,” he explained, noting that disappointments can lead people to question God’s promises. He urged believers to embrace God’s power wholeheartedly.
Reflecting on biblical times, he expressed his hope to see God’s miracles today, saying, “May God do one of those things He did in the Bible in our days…to drive our faith to a point of maturity.”
He closed by comparing the faith of biblical figures to today’s skepticism, observing, “If one of those patriarchs were to appear in our world, they would be shocked…not only at our technological advancement but at our level of unbelief in the midst of evidence,” challenging his audience to develop a steadfast trust in God.
