Pastor Eno Jerry has urged the congregation to be vigilant about the spiritual atmosphere in their homes in order to keep out negativity. she highlighted that many of the struggles people face begin right at their doorsteps.
“Most of the things we ask God to reverse have already entered our homes. They didn’t meet us outside—they came straight to our dwelling place,” she explained, emphasizing how negativity can creep into the sanctity of one’s home.
He posed a challenging question to his congregation: “How can negativity cross your gate, enter your home, disturb your child, and give them nightmares?” She stressed the need for spiritual fire to protect their homes and lives.
“You must create a fire-filled atmosphere in your house; the battle begins there,” she declared, urging the faithful to take action in their homes to defend against harmful forces.
She also pointed out that people often let their guard down at home. “Where we live is where we feel most relaxed. But that’s when you need to stay spiritually alert,” she warned.
She cautioned against becoming complacent, saying, “You may be physically relaxed at home, but your spirit should always be on guard. Don’t allow negativity to settle in.”
Closing the sermon with a powerful prayer, she declared, “Wherever negativity or harmful forces are lurking in your life or home, I command them to scatter by fire and be exposed.”
