Apostle Edu Udechukwu Calls for Spiritual Renewal

Apostle Edu Udechukwu has emphasized the need for believers to rekindle their spiritual strength, stating that God’s quickening power is the ultimate evidence of resurrection. Addressing the challenges of spiritual stagnation, he observed that there are seasons when individuals struggle in their faith journey.

“You would have noticed that there are seasons of your life, and there is a lot of weakness around your life. If you sing, it’s quick; if you study, it’s squeaking; if you pray, it’s squeaking. Everything you touch, if you fast, it’s squeaking—it’s done,” he said, describing moments when spiritual activities feel ineffective.

He urged Christians to strengthen their spiritual reserves, using the metaphor of updating their “Bank of figures” to maintain consistency in their faith. According to him, God only operates through resurrected things, as anything outside of that falls outside His divine framework.

“God does not work with unresurrected materials because they lack the ability to trap His essence,” he explained, highlighting the necessity of spiritual renewal.

Apostle Udechukwu further encouraged believers to push beyond surface-level spirituality and strive for deeper connection with God.

“You know that you need to pray today, but there is nothing helping you. Not just that you need to pray, you need to actually ascend and hit heights. But everything you are doing is not working,” he stated, urging Christians to accumulate spiritual strength to avoid prolonged struggles.
