Franklin Graham Declares Trump’s Presidency as God’s Plan at Inauguration

Renowned evangelist Rev. Franklin Graham delivered a powerful message at the inauguration of Donald J. Trump, affirming that God had orchestrated his return to the presidency.

Trump was officially sworn in as the 47th President of the United States during a private ceremony at the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on Monday. Addressing the gathering, Rev. Graham reflected on the challenges Trump faced in recent years, emphasizing divine intervention in his political journey.

“Mr. President, over the last four years I’m sure there were times when you thought it was pretty dark,” Graham stated. “But look at what God has done. We praise Him and give Him glory.”

During his prayer, Rev. Graham expressed gratitude for Trump’s leadership and acknowledged what he described as God’s hand in sustaining him through adversity. He prayed for divine wisdom and protection over the newly inaugurated president, asking for strength and guidance in his leadership.

Additionally, Graham prayed for Vice President JD Vance, invoking the biblical imagery of Aaron supporting Moses during battle, as a symbol of unwavering support for Trump’s administration.

Trump, in his inaugural speech, referenced last year’s assassination attempt, attributing his survival to divine intervention. He proclaimed that he was “saved by God to make America great again.”

The ceremony underscored the deep ties between faith and politics in Trump’s presidency, with Graham’s remarks reaffirming the belief among many of his supporters that his leadership is part of a higher purpose.
