Apostle Emmanuel Iren Urges Control Over Temper

Apostle Emmanuel Iren has stressed the importance of controlling one’s temper in a recent sermon, explaining that many people have lost valuable relationships with potential destiny helpers due to anger. “A lot of people have ended relationships with people who are destiny helpers because you were angry,” he pointed out.

Looking ahead to next year, Iren shared that he plans to delve into the topic of behavioral science with the theme, How to Hug a Porcupine. He noted that while he hasn’t read the book inspiring this theme, it perfectly captures his message: learning to handle difficult people.

“There are some people in your destiny, they are important for your next level, but they will not treat you nicely,” he explained. “And you must have the humility to press through it.”

The apostle warned against hastily walking away from challenging situations. “Don’t go tell your boss enough is enough. Wait,” he advised, encouraging individuals to remain patient and calm, particularly when navigating difficult interactions. “Calm down,” Iren urged, reinforcing the idea that emotional composure can lead to success in the long run.
