Renowned preacher, T.D. Jakes has offered words of encouragement to believers, assuring them that their pain and struggles serve a greater purpose.
Speaking during a recent sermon, he reminded his audience of God’s attention to their tears. “Not one tear you shed has been wasted,” he declared, referencing scripture. “The Bible said that He captures them in a vow.”
He also reassured those facing challenges alone, reminding them of the Holy Spirit’s ever-present comfort. “If there was nobody there to wipe your face, don’t worry about it. Holy Spirit got it,” he said.
Highlighting the redemptive nature of trials, he quoted the scripture, “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy,” to encourage listeners to trust in God’s plans.
He urged them to view their difficulties as part of a divine design. “Nothing you’ve been through has been wasted. There is purpose in your prison,” he added.”Do you hear what I’m saying to you?” he asked, leaving his audience inspired to persevere, knowing that every struggle has meaning in God’s plan.
