Prophet Elbernard Shares How He Relied On His Wife Financially

Prophet ElBenard

Prophet Bernard Elbernard has opened up about how he relied on his wife for financial support during the early days of his ministry, revealing that she was initially his spiritual daughter before they got married.

In a recent post made on Instagram, Prophet Elbernard recalled his move from Takoradi to Accra nineteen years ago, stating, “The Lord Jesus Christ had instructed me to build a people of impact in the city.”

With only GH¢4.60 to his name, he checked into Gloryland Hotel at Odorkor, uncertain of how he would sustain himself. In the midst of his struggles, he remembered a young woman he had met years earlier who had since become his spiritual daughter.

“I reached out to her, and she visited me the next day. I took the money that was on her, and I asked her to withdraw her investment from an institution, and she brought the money to me,” he admitted. “I took the funds, knowing that the Lord had sent her to sustain me in this new chapter.”

According to the prophet, this woman played multiple roles in his life, becoming his first spiritual daughter, financial supporter, church member, and usher.

Over time, their bond deepened, eventually leading to marriage. “I think I have the grace of turning my spiritual daughter to a wife,” he quipped.

Expressing his appreciation, Prophet Elbernard acknowledged the immense support his wife provided at a crucial stage in his journey. “Today, I express my heartfelt gratitude for her unwavering belief in me and my ministry. Her financial support has been invaluable, and I cherish her as a precious gift from God.”
