Christian speaker and author Stephanie Ike has shared an inspiring message about the divine purpose behind every person’s life, emphasizing the role individuals play in their families and communities. Speaking at a recent gathering, she reminded listeners that their existence is intentional and part of God’s greater plan.
“There is something God wrote concerning you before you got here,” Ike said, underscoring the belief that everyone’s journey was predestined by God. She explained that the timing of one’s birth, their generation, and even their family ties are all significant.
For those facing difficult family situations, Ike provided a new perspective, saying, “Before the Lord will call you to be a light in the world, maybe you need to be a light in your home.” She encouraged individuals to see themselves as God’s vessels of love and transformation, especially in families that may feel “toxic and crazy.”
Reflecting on the divine intention behind such placements, Ike noted, “He looked at the darkness of the family and said, ‘I will send a light.’ And He called that light you.” She also pointed out that some people encounter God before their parents, which is part of a purposeful design. “It was for a reason,” she remarked.
