Pastor Enoch Calls for Humility and Balance Among Young Pastors

Pastor Enoch Boamah

Pastor Enoch Boamah has shared a thought-provoking message aimed at young pastors, emphasizing the need for humility and balance in ministry. In a Facebook post yesterday, he commended the younger generation of ministers for their dedication to theological accuracy and their passionate defense of the Christian faith.

“In this generation, I applaud the young pastors who strive for accuracy in knowledge, providing nuanced and theologically informed navigations of faithful practices. Their zealous defense of the faith, grounded in knowledge, is praiseworthy,” Pastor Boamah wrote.

However, he urged young pastors to avoid pride and disdain toward their predecessors, cautioning them to remain mindful of the Holy Spirit’s role in bringing increased understanding to the Church. He encouraged ministers to acknowledge the contributions of the older generation, whose teachings and insights have been instrumental in shaping today’s theological perspectives.

Pastor Boamah emphasized that God values the heart over doctrinal precision, reminding pastors to conduct themselves with meekness in their pursuit of truth. “We must guard against pride and disdain for those who have helped shape us,” he noted, stressing the importance of humility in ministry.

His message has sparked discussions on social media, with many praising his balanced approach and call for unity across generations in ministry.
