Apostle Arome Urges Christians to Embrace Patience in God’s Will

Apostle Arome Osayi has encouraged Christians to adopt an active stance when waiting for the fulfillment of God’s promises. Speaking during a recent sermon, he highlighted the dangers of passively awaiting God’s word and stressed the need for believers to remain engaged while anticipating divine manifestations.

“I’ve seen people waiting for the counsel of God and the way they are waiting for it,” Apostle Osayi observed. He criticized the mindset of delaying action until promises are fulfilled, quoting, “When this word comes to pass, then I’ll begin to do this and then I’ll begin to do that.”

He clarified the meaning of patience, pointing out that it involves active participation rather than mere passivity. “Patience is not waiting for manifestation; it’s being active where you are, anticipating the manifestation of that which God has spoken,” Apostle Osayi explained.

Encouraging believers to explore the roots of the word patience, he said, “Inactivity is very, very active the way it is revealed in the original language.” He further explained that this active waiting is necessary, as God’s timing often transcends human understanding. “There are words that God might speak that may not be fortified in your own human time sequence,” he stated.

The sermon served as a call for Christians to remain steadfast and proactive in their faith as they await the realization of God’s plans.
